Who should be trusted?

Yesterday I got into a discussion on FB with an acquaintance who would emigrate to Åland because Swedish doctors did not agree to meet him unless he wore a face mask. Which he refused because all the masks on the market are secretly prepared on the inside with graphene oxide.
He had verified this through his own experiments. But he also referred to recently published scientific papers by “Dr. Robert O. Young and “Dr. Carrie Madej” who had come up with the same results (and the discussion that followed was filled with additional names).
Surely it could not have escaped anyone how many “doctors” and “scientists” are referred to in this matter? I had an impulse to check out those two mentioned.
In short, it wasn’t trusting what I found. The former had been banned from treating people after he somehow contributed to the death of a cancer-strucked person. This was after he also had appeared on Oprah’s show, along with the patient and had presented his universal “one medicine can cure all diseases” method. The latter was the one who claimed to have found living tripod shaped microbes of conductive aluminum in vaccines, which after they have multiplied inside the human body are able to connect us to 5G, etc…
But, and that’s where I was going to go, who are one prepared to recognize as authority, really? There’s something about titles that can be very misleading. Maybe that “doctor” is against the establishment, and therefore you feel you are standing shoulder to shoulder with some powerful individuals? People who say what you want to hear.
But I guess that applies to all of us.
No, I don’t know… Most of all I get dizzy in my head being in these spheres. Like visiting Chernobyl with a ticking geiger meter in your belt. I told my acquaintance that he might well cut into an old kitchen towel. Just for the sake of it. To get his medicines, etc. So he don’t have to go abroad to see a doctor. And then I checked out…
